Return & Refund Policy

What is the return policy?
Eligible items in original, unworn condition are eligible for exchange and return within 14 days of receipt. Sale items can only be returned for store credit, with the exception of a few heavily discounted items marked "Final Sale."
We are happy to exchange eligible items free of charge.
We offer two refund options for eligible returns:
Store credit can be returned free of charge via a Cancri gift card.
Upon return, your original form of payment will be refunded, minus an $8 fee to cover restocking and shipping costs.
Please note that our warehouse photographs any returned items that exhibit defects, including build quality, scratches and other marks, and signs of wear. Returns deemed worn will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in the loss of the original payment, full or partial store credit, or the return of the shoes to the customer by Cancri. If you have any questions about the status of your return, please email Support@cancri.club. If the shoes you received are defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving them.
You can initiate a return or exchange by visiting Support@cancri.club. Once you access our online return portal, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return or exchange. We offer one free exchange per order.
How do I cancel my order?
As long as the item hasn't shipped, we can cancel your order—just email us at Support@cancri.club. If you're in the US, you can also text us at +1 435-615-9018. However, we strive to ship quickly, so cancellations aren't always possible. Shipping and returns are free, and we'll streamline the process to ensure you receive the item you need.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund and automatically refund your credit card or original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be posted. If you provide an email address, we'll let you know when your return has been received and processed. Please note that "pre-sale" and/or "promotional" returns will be refunded as a Cancri e-gift card. Items marked "final sale" are not returnable.
When will my exchange arrive?
Exchanges will be shipped immediately after the return is shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exchange will be in stock until the return is shipped. To minimize the possibility of the exchange selling out before shipment, we recommend shipping the return as soon as possible.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, and Cancri gift cards and e-gift cards as payment.
